The business initially combined sourcing final year students for employers graduate training schemes with searching for individual candidates for specific roles. Since 2003 the business used Brampton Stafford as its trading name and has focussed exclusively on finding candidates for specific roles.Their graduate recruitment roots have ensured that they are particularly strong in this field. they did, however, decide to drop graduate from their trading name in 2003 as they began utilising their recruitment expertise to find experienced candidates.
Today Brampton Stafford continue to be an internet led recruitment agency using cutting edge technologies to identify the best candidates throughout the UK. They have a team of experienced consultants who successfully interview and forward candidates for graduate and experienced roles. Brampton Stafford currently offers specialist graduate, recruitment to recruitment (jobs within the recruitment industry), science and technical and sales desks. They pride themselves on being a small team who can get to know their clients and candidates needs extremely well and offer a very effective and efficient service. Brampton Stafford re-located from Newcastle-under-Lyme to Liverpool during 2007, a move that will hopefully enable further growth and has placed us within an area that has an excellent reputation for recruiting consultants.
